Intro to Meditation Workshop
with Erin Gahan Mt. Washington Location July 31st, 12 - 3 PM. What is Meditation? Think of meditation as the simple act of turning your attention inward. We must delve inside ourselves to seek questions on deeper levels of consciousness. Remember, attention is of most importance. Meditation is often used as a term to describe a variety of methods and techniques for stilling, quieting and opening the mind. This workshop will include breathing techniques, a flowing yoga sequence, and several meditation techniques. Erin Gahan is new to Baltimore Yoga Village. Certified to teach through Dhyana Yoga in Philadelphia, she blends Bikram, Kundalini, and Vinyasa techniques for a unique practice. |
